An award-winning filmmaker with a reputation for taking on several roles during production, Steven has spent 10 years honing his skills. After founding ShoulderHill Entertainment with Jim Hall as well as his wife, executive producer Danielle Addair, Steven penned, edited, shot and directed the award winning short films NECROLOG and THE EYES HAVE IT. Steve has shot and directed many documentaries, commercials, music videos and public service announcements.

His knowledge of 4K, HD and film has served numerous clients, from Samsung to Cirque du Soleil. Steven is often involved with a project from development through post-production and his credits include commercials, music videos, public service announcements and short films.

While pursuing his MFA, Steven wrote and directed several student films and worked at local television stations in Chicago. His thesis film, IVORY, debuted at New York's 1998 IFP.

After relocating to New York City, Steven wrote several feature scripts while using his production experience to start Addair Productions. Through Addair Productions, Steven worked with other Manhattan-based prodution companies and several Fortune 500 companies.

Steven has a MFA in Film/TV from Governors State University in Illinois and a BA from Old Dominion University in Virginia

After moving to New York from Chicago where she worked in broadcast television, Danielle has spent the last 13 years with Manhattan-based production companies producing live events, music videos, corporate videos, commercials, and short films. In her most recent role as Executive Producer for the past eight years, she has handled large projects such as celebrity public service announcements and high-profile multi-camera entertainment premieres shot on 4K, HD and SD video. A documentary she produced on WPA-era art in Chicago Public Schools was nominated for an Emmy and won the Cine Golden Eagle. She has also won several other awards including PRSA, O'Dwyers awards and the International Film and Video Award.

Since founding ShoulderHill Entertainment, Danielle's credits include the award winning short films NECROLOG and THE EYES HAVE IT. She has produced several documentaries, commercials, music videos and public service announcements.

Danielle received her MFA at Governors State, where she met her husband, writer/director Steven Addair. She received her BA with honors from Southern Methodist University in Dallas.

Jim Hall is the Chief Operating Officer for World Television, a leading international corporate video communications company with many of the most recognizable global brands as its clients. As COO he is responsiible for the company's day-to-day operations, its extensive IT infrastructure, and software development for its web-based video deilvery platforms. Jim sits on the board of directors. Headquartered in the UK, World Television has offices in Zurich, Cologne, Frankfurt, Geneva and Madrid.

Prior to joining World Television, he was the Vice President of Technology for MultiVu, the 2nd largest broadcast PR firm in the U.S. which he helped launch in 2002. Previously, he was the Vice President of Technology for Pseudo Programs, Inc. a ground-breaking and visionary internet television company which produced over 50 hours a week of live video programming.

In the past 20 years Jim has worked in numerous facets of theatre,radio,  television and film production. As a founding member of ShoulderHill Entertainment, his most recent work includes the award-winning short films NECROLOG and THE EYES HAVE IT as well as music videos and television commercials.

Jim has a Masters degree in Interactive Telecommunications and a BFA in Film and Television Production from NYU's Tisch School of the Arts. He also holds a Bachelors in French Society and Culture from NYU's College of Arts and Science.

Jim relocated to London in 2006 and splits his time between London, Zurich, Brussels and the U.S.
